Rental Charges
- Prices quoted are per week for the rental of 105 Horizon View apartment and NOT per person.
- Rental will be charged on a weekly basis to include 7 nights at the prevailing rate for the dates booked.
- For bookings longer than 7 nights but shorter than 14 nights the prevailing weekly rate will be charged plus a pro-rata rate for each additional night (weekly rate divided by 7 then multiplied by number of nights).
- For daily & weekend bookings payment must be made in full immediately. A 50% Cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation occurs
- For dates straddling a change over of weekly rate the relevant pro-rata rate will be charged for each night booked.
- If arrival is late at night or in the early hours of the morning, that will be taken as the first night of accommodation. E.g. If arriving at 2am Saturday, the Friday night will be classed as the first night.
- Linen and bath towels are included in the price of the weekly rental. We do however ask that you please bring your own beach towels for use around the pool or on the beach.
- Air-con is also included in the price, but we ask that you use the ceiling fans to minimise costs as excessive usage will be deducted from the damages/breakage deposit.
Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental is payable to secure a booking. This can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card via PayPal. Bookings will only be considered as confirmed once a deposit has been received or funds have cleared in our account.
- A balance payment is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to date of arrival. An email or postal reminder may be sent out up to two weeks before payment is due.
- The balance payment must also include payment of the damages/breakages deposit.
- We ask for a refundable breakages/damages deposit of £150 with all bookings. We ask that this is paid within the balance payment and will be refunded within 14 days of your departure from 105 Horizon View if no breakages/damages have occurred during your stay in the apartment.
- If breakages/damages have occurred the cost of replacements will be deducted and a cheque for the balance returned to you within 14 days of your departure from 105 Horizon View.
- Please report any breakages, damage to the property or any other problem as soon as it occurs.
Cleaning
- 105 Horizon View will be cleaned before you arrive.
General
- Strictly no smoking is permitted inside 105 Horizon View at any time.
- Any booking made is for the people named on the booking form and the people in their party. No letting or sub-letting is permitted.
- We reserve right of access to the property at any reasonable time during the rental period.
- We endeavour to ensure all appliances, fixtures and fittings are in good working order but cannot guarantee their availability at all times.
- We are sure you will appreciate the need for regular cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool for your enjoyment and benefit. Unfortunately this may mean the pool being out of order for a short period which is out of our control.
- A person authorised by us will visit the property twice weekly in the summer months and once a week in the winter months to clean and maintain the communal areas and swimming pool.
Keys & Security
- Keys will be given to you on arrival at 105 Horizon View and must be left in the apartment on departure.
- All doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property for any period of time.
- The communal swimming pool is available for your enjoyment. There is a retaining wall around the perimeter of the pool area, but no life-guard is present so safety is the responsibility of the rental party.
Booking
105 Horizon View is available for bookings on all dates shown on the availability calendar. Arrival and departure dates are flexible, so please speak to us about your requirements.
A provisional booking can be made by telephone or email. using the booking form on this website.
Provisional bookings will be held for one week to give guests time to forward a non-refundable deposit of 25%. As mentioned before this can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card via PayPal.
The balance payment is to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period either by cheque or credit/debit card payment via paypal
Confirmation
Once we receive your booking form and deposit you will receive an email confirmation with details of when to send the balance. Shortly before your holiday you will also receive full details of what to do on arrival and how to find 105 Horizon View.
Please note: We strongly recommend you take out adequate travel insurance to cover all members of your party for all eventualities.
