105 is an exceptional three bedroomed two bath roomed holiday rental apartment, one of only two in the development! Its larger than normal kitchen dining area will cope with the largest of families.

The Dining Area

Each bedroom is tastefully decorated in keeping with a Mediterranean feel with light fresh colours and tiled floor throughout, plus there is ample storage cupboards whether yor here for a short stay holiday or a long term rental.

Master Bedroom

We have three bedrooms, two having king-size beds and the third having twin beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and patio doors leading onto the balcony.

Our dining area features a beautiful "drop ceiling" centre piece with spotlights and a large elegant solid wood dining table and chairs to cater for upto eight people.

Kitchen and dining area

The kitchen comes equipped with all your modern appliances, consisting of electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, 4-slicer toaster and kettle.

The Living Area

The living area has been tastefully decorated throughout, comprising of two 3-seater leather sofa beds allowing for four extra guests. For your entertainment there is also a 32" "TFT" LCD TV and a DVD player . We have also provided a few DVD's for your entertainment but feel free to bring your own if you wish to do so.

For your entertainment

Opening out from the lounge area, sliding doors give you access to our private balcony. Measuring 3 metres by 4.5 metres it overlooks the large 5 metre by 10metre swimming pool and entertaining area whilst giving breathtaking views of the hills of the site for the 5 star PGA golf course of Tersefanou.

There is plenty of space for eating alfresco or enjoying an evening drink watching the sun set with family or friends, or just to relax with your favourite book!

The apartment has been thoughtfully and carefully designed to offer you the utmost in luxury and comfort. Traditional design along with modern finishes allows it to blend perfectly with the surroundings.

We have incorporated the latest in remote control infared air-con units in each room and ceiling fans to help keep you cool when the cypriot weather gets too hot.

And if you still need to cool off, you could always take a dip in the pool!

We have not forgotten the kids!
To help keep them amused on those rare evenings that you may wish to stay in, we will be providing a "PS2"games console(Spring 2010)to use at your leisure. Please feel free to bring along your favourite games.

Points of interest.

Horizon View is set in the peaceful, tranquil and cultural village of Kiti. You are only a 15 minute drive from the cosmopolitan city of Larnaca and its town centre with an array of colourful shops.

Larnaca International Airport is a stones throw away thus making it easily accessible, and with the construction of the terminal building (due to open late 2009) the apartment at Horizonview is even closer still!

Kiti itself has a lot to offer with enough to please everyone. Amenities, shops and a good selection of well priced tavernas and restaurants catering for everyones tastes are to be found just outside your doorstep.

The popular coastline of Larnaca is only a short distance away with Kiti and pervolia having some great little local beaches away from the main stream of tourist.

and just a tee away will be the 5 star proposed PGA golf resort. The Tersefanou course is due to open in Spring 2012, literally minutes from the apartment. The golf course at Tersefanou Golf & Country Club will also include a five-star hotel and spa.
